Coronal Mass Ejection
Catalog: M2M_CATALOG
Start Time: 2024-11-27T10:12Z ( SOHO: LASCO/C2 )
All Detecting Spacecrafts:
SOHO: LASCO/C2
SOHO: LASCO/C3
STEREO A: SECCHI/COR2
Activity ID: 2024-11-27T10:12:00-CME-001 (version 1)
Note Keyword:
Faint: Faint event; may affect type assignment
FF: Event fails/disappears before exiting COR2
Source Signature Keyword:
OFL: Moving/Opening field lines
Morphology Keyword:
L: Loop
O: Other
Note: Very faint loop CME seen to the E in SOHO LASCO C2/C3 and STEREO A COR2. Source is very faint field line movement seen beyond the E limb in GOES SUVI 304/284 imagery, with a small amount of material (it did not fully escape and become ejecta) possibly associated with the eruption, starting around 2024-11-27T08:50Z. General field line movement and a very gradual 'thinning'/dimming/opening of field lines can be seen when toggling through GOES SUVI 284 imagery between 2024-11-27T08:00Z-14:00Z. GOES SUVI used for analysis; outage in SDO affecting all SDO data product timestamps starting at about 2024-11-26T23:52Z.

Prime?"primary flag" which is either True or False. If there are multiple CME analysis entries for a single CME, this flag would indicate which analysis is considered most accurate per measurement type. This is a helpful flag if you would like to download only one most accurate CME analysis per CME per Measurement Type
